Adopt district goals; set priorities; monitor success

Hire and evaluate the superintendent

Communicate with the community
The duties of the School Committee are important but fairly limited. The East Providence School Commitee is an elected body tasked with protecting the education, well-being, and resources of our public schools so that they can best serve students and educators.
